All credit card details are collected by secure servers with both processes using SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange.

Sometimes you may not be able to find your online order. This may be because of the cookie settings on your computer, you changed or closed your browser window and because we minimise collection of data for privacy reasons, the information was not saved or because the order was not fully completed.

We also delete all information from the secure servers as soon as orders are actioned.

If you have finished and confirmed your order you should receive an email order confirmation with a summary about your order in it. No credit card details are emailed. If you did not receive this you may have not competed your order or provided a different or incorrect email address, your main box is full or the mail has ended up in a spam box.
