Heaven specialises in delivering to you a range of quality designer
wallpapers, wallpaper borders, murals, room themes and other decorating
products for your home. We aim to deliver promptly and most orders are
sent within 24 hours.

How to place an order

Internet
Order: |
You may place
an order by using the order button on individual item pages and
select payment by credit card or direct deposit. See more on
secure ordering here.
If you do not
wish to enter your credit card details online select payment method
by credit card via fax or phone. |

Customers
that elect not to order over the Internet may fax this
order form with the details instead.
If possible,
please send a follow up email to confirm the fax has been sent. |

Order with phone credit card details: |
Customers
that elect not to enter credit card details over the Internet should
still complete the online order and select the "Phone Credit Card
Info" payment method option. The next screen after this
requested a business hours phone number that we will call you one on
once we have checked stock availability, etc.
The credit
card information we require includes card type (Visa/Mastercard),
name on card, card number, expiry date and CVC number. Please ensure
you have your card with you.
To manage our
orders and continue to provide our super efficient service we cannot
take the whole order over the phone and the online order must be
complete first. |

MasterCard, Visa and Bankcard. For most orders, your credit card is
not usually charged until the day your order is shipped, usually the
day you place the order. |

Deposit via Internet Banking or at a Bank Branch: |
We will email
you any details required to complete your transaction including bank
account details and stock availability so you can complete your
deposit knowing the goods orders are available.
Goods are
shipped on clearance of funds.

Order Confirmations
We prefer to use
email as our main method of confirmation as this keeps costs down.
After placing an
order online, you will receive an email confirming Decorating Heaven has
received your order. This will be followed up with an email confirmation
that your order has been shipped. As we aim to ship most orders within
24 hours (Monday to Friday) so both of these emails may arrive on the
same day.
Fax orders with
an email address will also receive confirmations via email.
If we need to
update you on your order situation, stock availability, items currently
out of stock, shipping quotes or indent items or other matters related
to your order, you will be contacted via email or occasionally
telephone.

We deliver by a
variety of methods including courier, Express & Registered Post.
We will select the method most appropriate for your order.
Exceptions: We reserve
the right to amend shipping and handling charges. On occasion shipping
charges may differ from the ones listed. Or you
select the wrong shipping type or destination
when placing an order. We will correct
this for you, process your order and notify you of the change in
charges. If there is an increase in costs over $10.00 per order we
will contact you before processing the order so you can approve the
change in shipping costs.
Overseas
orders: We sell to the Australian market and rarely ship overseas.

Delivery Schedule
Typically,
in stock wallpaper border orders are processed
within 24 hours and when you receive your goods will depend on the
delivery location and delivery method.
Most orders
received before 2.00 pm week days EST are despatch the same day.
Courier delivery
varies from next day to 4 days approximately, for the more remote
locations. Express Post is delivered the next business day over
specified routes within the Express Post domestic network.
Couriers and registered Post delivery is
estimated to be from 2 to 6 working days.
These estimates
are based on the Couriers and Australia Post quoted delivery timetables
and should be taken as a guide only and are based on reasonable
expectations and experience.

Availability
Availability
information is listed against each item and we do attempt to keep this
as up to date as possible. Occasionally an item may be out of stock. If
this occurs we will email you within 24 hours, on week days with an
estimated delivery date.
You can then
elect to wait, order an alternative or cancel your order. Your credit
card will not be charged for items out of stock.
We cannot be
responsible for supplier's backorders.
If you have
deadlines to meet, for example, a child's birth date, order early to
avoid disappointment.
Please wait until
you have received your order before you schedule paper hangers or
commence significant preparation.

Returns
Policy
Upon providing
proof of purchase, Decorating Heaven will only accept the return of
products in accordance with our Return Policy. To read our Return

If you have not received
exactly what you ordered we will correct your order.

Replacement Policy
If you have
received an order that is damaged or defective, contact us and we will
resolve this as soon as possible for you. For more information read our

Packaging
Deliveries are
packaged in a variety of methods based on the shipping method and the
items ordered. This may include the original Australia Post package e.g.
Express Post, wrapped in corrugated card or delivery tubes.
We believe in good management of the earths resources
and recycle clean packaging materials.
In some cases you
may receive multiple packages.
Tax
Sales within
Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST). You will be
issued a Tax Invoice that will be delivered with your order.
Orders to NZ, UK,
Canada & USA
We sell to
the Australian market and rarely ship overseas. For further information

Secure Ordering
The shopping
carts we use collect credit card details securely. Credit cards
are stored on secure servers and collected from these using industry
stand encryptions. They are not saved but deleted from the server after
a short period of time. Credit card details are not distributed via
email.
When on pages
that request your credit card details you can
check your computer is using secure connection. Look for the closed
padlock in the bottom right of your browser screen. Some browsers
do not show the padlock so then right click your mouse button and select
properties. The connection information should confirm an SSL 128
bit encryption e.g., "SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA
with 1024 bit exchange".
